Roles
Leadership Roles
Members can take on leadership positions such as School President, Executive Member, or Project Lead, gaining firsthand experience in management, event planning, and organizational leadership. These roles allow students to shape WVBCO’s direction while building the communication and strategic skills that define future leaders.
Competitions
Students can represent WVBCO in top business competitions, including DECA Gauntlet, the UofT Boardroom Case Competition, UBC Sauder Ascend, and the Waterloo Financial Literacy Competition. These experiences challenge members to think critically, work collaboratively, and apply real business strategies in competitive settings.
Networking and Mentorship
